About Us

about us

The inspiration for our organization came directly from the financial advisors who invest in others by giving back to their communities with overwhelming generosity and dedication. Since 2006, Invest in Others has amplified these efforts by providing a platform for advisors to increase awareness, visibility, and funding to their favorite non-profits.

Invest in Others recognizes individuals and firms that are making a difference by donating their time and money to causes that matter to them. By sharing their stories and awarding funding to these organizations, we raise awareness, encourage others to get involved, channel additional resources to those in need, and demonstrate the generosity of the financial advice industry.

Over the past eleven years, thanks to the ongoing support of our corporate sponsors, we’ve recognized advisors from a diverse range of firms, from wirehouses and independent broker-dealers to RIAs, and partnered with charities across a spectrum of causes.

Our Programs

Invest in Others Awards

The Invest in Others Awards program, previously known as the Community Leadership Awards, recognizes the charitable work of financial advisors and financial services firms in communities across the country and around the world.

Awards are presented at our signature event, the annual Invest in Others Awards Gala. Over 500 advisors and financial services executives attend this premier event each year to celebrate those individuals and firms that actively give back to their communities.

Since 2006, Invest in Others has donated more than $2 million to a variety of causes supported by the individuals and firms recognized through this program.

Days of Service

Our Days of Service bring advisors and members of the financial services community together to volunteer side-by-side and make an impact. Held throughout the year in various cities, past projects have included distributing food at the New York Common Pantry, painting the Grand Street Settlement‘s 6,000 square foot gym, and helping underprivileged families choose holiday gifts at Christmas in the City in Boston.
