The firm partnered with BBBSLA to establish the first Small Business Workplace Mentoring Program. Through this program, nearly 100% of Miracle Mile’s employees serve as mentors to local high school students who travel to the firm to participate in personal, academic and professional development curriculum to become college, workforce and life ready. Since 2015, BBBSLA’s Workplace Mentoring Programs have had a 100% high school graduation rate, with 97% of those students going on to pursue higher education.
Employees are also granted 48 hours of Volunteer Time Off per year which they can use for the Workplace Mentoring Program as well as other volunteer opportunities offered by the firm. Miracle Mile also offers a matching gift of up to $500 for its employees to utilize throughout the year.
