Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors exists to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. The firm accomplishes this by awakening dreams and empowering investors across three generations to live a life of freedom and fulfillment. Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors team members are empowered to take the steps necessary to make a positive impact on the lives of their clients and in the community.

In 2022, Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors established its first annual day of remembrance and service. The day is the nearest business day to September 11th and was established based on a true story from the musical Come From Away, which recounts the generosity of the Newfoundland town of Gander that hosted thousands of grounded airline passengers on September 11, 2001. One of the passengers started a day of service for his business as a way to pay the generosity forward. Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors liked the idea so much that they adopted it for their small business. In 2022, members in each of their offices and their one remote employee took September 12, 2022 to serve a local charity. Nine employees sorted 7,653 pounds of donated vegetables and fruit at Connecticut Foodshare.
