CureSearch for Children’s Cancer’s mission is to end childhood cancer by driving targeted and innovative research with measurable results in an accelerated timeframe. Recognizing a broken system and the many unmet needs in drug development, CureSearch is changing the landscape from within and accelerating safe, effective treatments for the 45 children diagnosed with cancer each day.
Jared Brancazio joined the Board of CureSearch back in 2018, when the organization faced uncertainty with a $1.5M deficit. Thanks to Jared’s leadership on the board and later, as Chair of the National Board of Directors, the organization has seen exponential reputational and financial growth. In 2022, CureSearch funneled more than $4M into children’s cancer research, funding safer treatment options with less harmful side effects. As a cancer survivor and a father of young children, Jared is committed to being an ambassador for a cure for childhood cancer, working to make sure his gifts are used to find a cure so that no parent has to experience the heartbreak of a pediatric cancer diagnosis
