Background
Ronice Barlow is a Senior Vice President, Co-Head of U.S. Retail Sales at Franklin Templeton (FT). She leads a team of five regional, bank and independent divisional sales managers, the head of national internal sales, and their teams of senior advisor consultants and advisor consultants in the distribution of FT multi-asset solutions throughout the U.S.
Prior to this role, Ronice was Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Advisory Services where she oversaw multiple functions that supported the U.S. Retail and Institutional divisions including strategic planning, financial strategies, technology infrastructure, global sourcing, and sales management. Prior to that, Ronice served as Head of Retail Sales for Franklin Templeton, Ltd. in Canada where she resided in Toronto, Ontario and was responsible for strategic accounts and national sales.
Having joined Franklin Templeton in 1993, Ronice has developed a broad experience in field sales and global sales management, along with having been responsible for introducing and leading innovative distribution strategies throughout Franklin Templeton.
Credentials & Awards
Ms. Barlow earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa where she also serves on the Board of Trustees. Other community boards include Dean’s Advisory Board-Kate Tiedmann College of Business at University of South Florida-St. Petersburg, Copperhead Charities, and the Habitat for Humanity Advisory Board (former executive board member) of Pinellas County. Ronice also sits on the board of Invest in Others, an organization that recognizes and honors financial professionals and firms who give back in their community. She holds the RETIREMENT MANAGEMENT ADVISOR® designation.
Personal
Ronice currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Steve, and daughters, Sara and Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, boating and weight training.
